Calculation

Vortex IQ counts every Mercari order that has been paid but not yet handed to the carrier, then compares the live count against the rolling 30-day average of your pending queue. Q: Why does my Mercari dashboard show a different number? Mercari may group by ship-by date or separate label-printed from not-started orders, while this card counts every paid-but-unshipped order against your 30-day baseline. A label printed without a carrier scan still counts here.
